If a person has died intestate (without leaving a Will) and with no known relatives we attempt to identify and trace the current whereabouts of any next-of-kin.

These may be close relations who have lost contact with the deceased or may be more distantly related persons who may not have met or even known the deceased. We make every effort to find such persons and prove their entitlement to share in the relevant estate.
